... but... I am repeatedly drawn to the scratch that is RIGHT over Spidey's crotch. ... and that bothers me on so many levels.
But NICE one! 1966.

Good Morning Friends,
Having a good Saturday? I hope so. I actually slept in today. My feet didn't hit the floor until nearly 10am. Would you believe that I have NOTHING planned for today? That doesn't happen often around here. I hope that no one calls needing anything and I hope Mrs. TEX don't get all spontaneous today. I just wanna veg out.
I made a small buy. Check it:

It's Justice League of America #73 with that sweet Joe Kubert cover! It's the 1st app of Kal-L, the Superman of Earth-Two, or the Golden Age Superman. It seems to be in VG/F condition.
COST: $2.25!!!
ENJOY!!!

Book would be in amazing condition if it weren't for that corner. Even with that problem, you still got a pretty good deal. Probably something like 30-35 % of guide -- nice going!
Enjoy it, mate!

RE: Atom #2 (1962)
Nice one! It looks like you got a very good deal for $15.
From what I can see so far - it has some miswrap, a couple scratches, a couple spine creases, and some soiling at the top. (Which is GREAT for a comic that old!)
But.. for a REAL condition grading from the people here on this message board, put a bigger pic (maybe 50% larger at least) in the Grade My Comic thread. It's here: http://www.comicspriceguide.com/boards/Topic268-24-1.aspx
Here's what you do instead of using the 'attachment' feature here...
Go to someplace with free picture hosting. I love PhotoBucket. You get like 600MB of storage there for free.
Once you put your scan of the comic up there, use the [img] IFCode Shortcut to link to it.
Tell us what the inside pages are like... white? cream color? tan? any rips?
And how is the back cover?
After you do that, you will probably get a couple people offering a grade.
I, for one, am very eager to see your post!

And a fairly large chunk of cover torn off at bottom right corner.
