Yeah, totally awesome. I found five of the six issues of the 70s Tor run for about 3 dollars all together. i haven't read them all yet, but so far so good. Issue 2 is interesting: it's actually a reprint of the first Tor story in "One Million Years Ago" or something like that, from the 50s.

I just read #4 of this current series, and loved it like the rest. I'd say maybe it didn't get better than #3, whereas each previous issue had been superior to the one before (that was hard to type!), but it was still great. And it had that classic Tor cover that I've seen Kubert do before.

I also got three issues of a 1993 Tor series (I think there were 4 issues total), from Epic I believe. It's ridiculously beautiful, and every bit as good as the issues coming out now. They're strangely over sized comics, very cheap on ebay. If anyone has a notion, I'd recommend throwing a couple bucks away on them, you won't be disappointed.

Hey there. It's been a little while. Anyways...

Anyone check out Tor #5? Good Christ on the Cross, it's beautiful. It's gotta be one of the most sweetly illustrated comics I've ever seen. I was reading the thing alone at home this afternoon, and talking to myself out loud about how gorgeous it all was. If not for good ol' Carmine Infantino, Kubert would be my favorite artist in comics.

Seriously, it's a wonder to behold. You have to give this comic a shot.
