Somehow over the last year Iron Fist has moved from a periphery character that I always sort of dug into one of my top Marvel heroes. I almost always read IIF first if its on my pull list. This storyline has been a long arc but it has really added a ton of depth to the Iron Fist lore and introduced a lot of interesting new characters.

The finale paid off for me. K'un L'un liberated from Yu Ti. Davor turns to the good side. K'un L'un does get blown up. The heroes of the 7 cities on Earth as Danny Rand's roommates? Not sure what direction the book will go as a result. All in all though I have to say this book has been tight. I'd like a little more consistency in the art work and I'm not sure if Brubaker is going to hand the scripting over to Fraction entirely? At any rate I've picked my Halloween costume for next year. I guess it means I'll have to wax the chest for my dragon tattoo!

brubaker and fraction and aja are leaving after issue no. 16 i believe hopefully it doesnt go the way of moon knight.

Great sig! Ya that's a bummer they are leaving so soon. Who is taking over? Brubaker must have no life writing UXM, DD, Cap, and doing the Iron Fist thing. He has to be the most prolific writer going right now. In the wrong hangs Iron Fist can cheese right out. I know this is only a 32,000 a month type title so I worry it'll get itself cancelled. That'd be sad.
