Every time I see that book, I'm reminded of a teen-reader novel where the main character's lust for a copy of GSXM 1 was one of the major plot points. It was... um... I forget, I'll have to look it up.

Image seems to be on a roll. I think they are stealing me from BOOM! Studios. I don't know what's up with BOOM!. They used to make such cool avant-garde stuff. Now the only thing rockin' that I can think of Irredeemable, and a few of the kids' titles. I think that Incorruptible might hit the mark too.
I have heard nothing but great stuff about Proof. I have been itching to read it, but I needed to have #1 to start. I see that you love it...maybe it's the cool banner in your sig that clued me in? 
It might be easier to have the TPB's. I'll see if I can find a deal.

| I'm back with a few buys myself... First up, a copy of Sensational Spider-Man #1 Dan Jurgens variant. $2.95!! These are pretty rare (only 1000 copies), and until now non-existent at that price!  
And last but not least, a copy of ASM #528 sketch variant signed by Mike Wieringo. $25.00 I rarely see these go for this little, so I jumped on this one!
