Can't believe this hasn't been posted already...

Here's a link to where I found out about this, which has 2 links which explain in further detail the implications of the decesion  I found the first link more helpful then the 2nd, but both add info.

It seems to me like the Siegel family is looking to rake in the cash from all of DC/Warner's Superman products. They can't complain about not getting credit because on every Superman product I see, the Siegel and Schuster names are close by.

I doubt this will have any major affects on good ole Supes, besides Warner coughing up some dough as the Siegels laugh their way to the bank.

As one of the links referenced, I'm expecting to see an out of court settlement.  How much, and what this does to DC coics remains to be seen, but I'd be very surprised to see this go to court officially.  But... you never know.. we've all seen the worst that can happen as is apparent with the ongoing superboy fiasco, so this does have the potential to get really ugly before it gets better.
