| Can Thor travel time via his status as Son of Odin? If he cannot, then the edge would go to Superman as he can fly backwards around the Earth and travel back in time- since, as we know, "Time heals all wounds."

Lost Cause I have to disagree... is Thor's hammer Magic? Superman is not a trained warrior and Thor has stood toe to toe with The Hulk who would demolish Superman. thor is a GOD Superman is an alien there is a difference.

Hey Ep  It's Jay Garrick. I feel that Superman would win. Thor is a God and so is Superman. Though Superman has found magic to be one of his weakness he will overcome it. Superman will defeat Thor. If the battle were with All-Star Superman the battle would end within minutes, perhaps even seconds. Since when did Superman become a god?

I love Superman, but let's look at the real obvious facts. Superman will no doubt take the first hit, and Thor will give him the hammer. I know the hammer is magic, but as someone said earlier, he is only weak to it.
The problem with this fight, Superman will try going easy on Thor, not wanting to hurt him, just like he did with Hulk in DC vs. Marvel. The entire time Thor will go full swing, and Superman will take hit after hit.
The only way Superman will win a fight like this is if he comes to his scences soon enough to know if Thor can take a hit, otherwise, the Man of Steel will be on the ground with a ton of whelps on his head.

Superman kicked Hulk's as$, so then Superman can break Thor. Easy-peazy.
