I was lucky to get a vf- from the Nash collection for $50 this year. However, when I saw this one I felt bad that I missed it for resale purposes until I reread the description and saw that it was maybe good or less. Still, a tough book to get. Took me over 30 years.

Oops, oh well no biggy for $11 and I haven't seen these sets sell like the Blues etc. sets. But you're mistaken about Kitchen selling the set for $10. He leaves the price from long ago listed, but he's sold out just like with many others you can see with the old price, wish I could get some of the things he's still listed at the old prices (ie., Commies from Mars #1 1st print for $10 or Yellow Dog #15 for $15 or a 1st print of Zap Comix #2 for $45).

Lucky you, Kitchen is selling a mint set of the cards, without box, for $10. The expensive set that I was selling, and a set went for $700 or more on Heritage, was the TOPPS Monster Greeting Cards of 55 cards. I sold some sets and still have 2 or 3 more for sale. In fact, someone is selling 6 cards for $100 on eBay right now.

These weren't sold in individual packs, only as boxed sets and uncut sheets. So, my question to the seller would be what happened to the missing cards. There was a Kitchen Sink promo set of cards that were given away individually that includes a Crumb card or two, but they are different in style from the one's in the box. I have one of the uncut sheets of the Crumb set, that was signed and numbered by Crumb (Edition of 35, I think) but I can't remember if I have the box-set or not.

Is that a pretty rare set? As someone who also collected cards at one point, I usually will not buy an incomplete factory set of cards, as it would probably be nearly impossible to track down the missing cards.

Wow Om. Nice show picks . I love Widespread's drummer. He has great technique. Galactic is always a great show also . I envy you.

I just completed my set of the "Beer Comix" with my purchase of Bridge City Beer #2. I was EXTREMELY happy with the price. I could be wrong, but #2 seems a LOT harder to come by than Beer Comix #1, so I was thrilled to win it.

That Live.com search deal is a steal and I'm surprised more aren't talking about it here. It's basically Microsofts rich way of trying people to use their search engine instead of Google. You search Wii on Live.com and then click on the link (currently 25% rebate) and then find something on eBay that has a Buy It Now price you like. You can do this up to 6 times PER EBAY account (not Paypal), then wait 60 days and claim your funs which takes another 7-14 days. I've already taken about $600 in the last few months that I've going to claim, been paid already about $80 so far. Still have to wait about a month for the majority to be paid, but this should repay for my recent purchases and get the computer finished.
