Special inserts were printed. They were signed by some of the creators at the NYC convention. 35 volumes were bound altogether. Members donated their duplicate copies to the project, so everyone will only paying for the binding process. Members were also able to request customizations. I ordered two copies and upgraded mine to leather which substantially increased the price for mine. The founder of the site decided to do that for one of his also. <br><br>They are waiting for dust jackets to be printed.
