Lilley,

Please be patient, I know it is frustrating, but like Shadow said, they won't delete your collection even if your subscription lapses.

I think my recent Paypal payment was $44.95 for the year, if that at least answers part of your question.

If you have paypal, I recommend using that method instead of a credit card. That way, if your card # changes for some reason, you won't have a problem with renewing.

If you haven't heard back from Bryan or Supercop, try emailing them again. Do you remember around when you first became a premium member? What I did was wait until my subscription lapsed, then I cancelled it. Then I rejoined as a premium member using paypal.

Well, I kinda let this go because I was under the impression that the right person (Bryan Neely) was working on this...but I STILL have not heard from anyone in regards to my account.

Please SOMEONE let me know how my account stands!!!!!! When is it up for renewal, what type of account do I have and how much is the renewal and DO YOU have my credit card on file?????

We never let anybody's collection info go away...our greatest fault is we hold on to it toolong...;)

I am making my own Excel file from this and I am starting my cataloging from scratch and would hate to find out that my membership status has changed and lose any work I might get done.

If you look at the "Who you gonna call" thread, you'll see that Supercop is the person to PM with any questions about your membership to the database part of the site...;)

So I would say that something is not up to date about your info.

that is where it just shows these words : Credit Card

nothing else

oh well, it seems to be working just fine, so I'll keep at it until they either send me a bill or shut me down... hopefully NOT the latter after I work to build my database from there!

Thanks but I looked there before I even posted and it says nothing but the words credit card. Not when its billed or if its billed or anything else. It seems like I had the problem before and it took someone "behind the scenes" to get the info for me. Really shouldn't take that much work to see how they are taking my money;)

Where can I find my Membership status, my account info as far as when payments are made when owed, I haven't been on here in awhile and I can't seem to find out if I'm being charged monthly (haven't seen it on my cc statement) or did I pay yearly and if so when is the year up?

Am I missing a gigantic ACCOUNT INFO link somewhere?;)
