I'd go ahead and PM Supercop, he helps with that sort of issue. And that's sending him a private message through this forum, not via email. He'll get back in touch with you about it.

Be sure to include your username on the database side.

I am a newbie to this site also and have had this similar problem. This morning I upgraded to the Premier account and paid through Paypal. The payment went through I it was deducted from my account and I received an email from CPG. However when I login to my account it still shows it as being the Free Membership. I have emailed all the customer service addresses and would appreciate any additional assistance that could be provided. Thanks!

Keep an eye on your bank account. I kept recieving this same message when trying to upgrade myself. After the sixth(6) time i got a thank you message. But to my surprise, i looked at my bank account and each time that i had recieved that message i was being charged. Now i have over $227 worth of charges.

I need an administrator to look into my account.

When I try to upgrade to a Premium account I get the following error message after entering my credit card info:
