YES! After screwing with the site on and off for 3 days now and having a friend of mine look at the problem, we determined that the widgets were what was messing it up for me!

And I have to painfully admit that my brother was right as usual!!! Navigating the net with anything other than firefox is DUMB & STUPID!!!

Add Blocker Plus if you use firefox. Kills ads (and widgets) dead.

I've been having some trouble with slower load times for the main site, as well.

Anyone know if there is a way to block the widgets from trying to load? (In case that is the problem.)

It doesn't look like it is a problem with comicspriceguide.com persay. It looks like a problem with that RSS Reader widget thing that they have on the front page. It's trying to pull data from downloads.springbox.com and that is taking well over two minutes to complete.

There are like three widgets on the homepage pulling from that one site... It's killing the load times.

Takes a while for the main page to load and the My Collection first page to load but the rest in normal.

It's slow for me, but that's nothing new. Not horribly but not even close to zipping along.

Then can you please tell me why I'm not having any other issues (loading, searching, etc.) with any other website that I've visited today BUT this one???

I gave up after 3 hours of trying to upload my friends collection earlier today. (the 5th) And got very little accomplished during that time.

ebay and several other sites give me no problem at all. only CPG.com was slow!

Sounds more like it's on your end...cache or file swap limits...

The reaction time of the website is fustratingly slow! (harkens back to the days of dial-up!!!)

The missing issue problem has been fixed, but now this!!!

Come on guys, your killing me! PLEASE fix this ASAP! (ie; Today, if possible)
