I personally wouldn't bother with restoring these comics...I don't think you own any keys from these so it's not worth it especially in the poor quality......I'd take them as just a good read and that's that.

no. they are great readers though. it is because the cost of restoring will be more than the actual value of the book.

in the price guide it says they are worth $25, $90, $125 in 9.4 condition. these definitely aren't in 9.4

How Bad Are They?

I was hoping I could get a grade on a few of books I got at the flea market not to long ago. I know they're low grade but they are now my oldest comic books and my only Timely and they're were only 1 dollar each.

The first one is War Action #3 (Keep in mind that on this comic the cover is detached, I'm not sure if this brings it down to PR automatically or not):

Next is Combat Kelly #3, both staples are attached. That is not a tear running down the M in Combat, just a crease. (Also, there is no picture of #3 in the database. I know this isn't a stellar picture but if the database wants it they can have it):
