This book in any condition should be the envy of any collection.</P><P>I would be hard pressed to give anything over a 1.0 with the amount of tape on this cover. It's too bad because the inside pages look pretty white. What I don't know is if this would recieve a qualified grade if it was CGC'd. Extensive amatuer restoration?
