both are worth slabbing be it for yourself or to sell. In the grades mentioned someone will always buy those two issues.;)

The only real flaw I see on the GS1 is the lower right corner. I say it has to be a 9.0 at least which is worth slabbing.

Those are some very nice books. People must be seeing some errors in the GSX #1 that I am missing because that looks like a 9.4 to me. X-men #94 I agree with 8.0.

I'd agree with most people. GS Xmen is something like a 8.5-9.0 and the UXM 94 is 8.0-8.5 range. With both slabbed you should be able to get a really nice price. Like over $1k no problem.

the giant-size is in great shape from the scans. I would slab it. I have a few giant-size slabbed and yours looks between a 8.5 up to a 9.2. As stated from others the white on white makes it look hard to grade correctly. I have some in better shape than that that grade out between 8.5 to 9.6. Others that look a little less good that still get a 8.5 for a GIANT-SIZE book. Go figure.

I was thinking a solid 9.0 on that GS. That is a really nice book.

8.0 on the 94 becasue of the CBC's on the spine and that top left corner has some issues, but it really hard to tell with the white on white of the back scan. A bit of color contrast would be helpful.

Don't listen to them, those issues don't look that good.. I'd be surprised if you got $50 for both... tell ya what since I'm feeling generous, I'll give you $75 just to help you out. :)

i am a newbie at grading so would wait for others to chime in. but i think 8.5-9.0 on gsx
and 8.0 unc. 94. Very nice books.

It is hard to tell white on white, but the GSX 1 looks very good, maybe 8.5 to 9.0 which makes it worth slabbing.

The UXM is a little worse off, maybe 8.0 to 8.5 puts it on the borderline of slabbing.

Of course what is the reason you want to slab them? To resell? Or just to keep?

I bought these 2 brand new off the rack way back when. I was thinking of having these CGC'd. What kind of grade do you think I might get.
