Haha..that's brilliant! It oddly gives you a feeling of excitement for a little bit..And it goes away...But when that book arrives on your door step that excitement comes right back :D Love it...Sometimes those are the books I love moreso..Guess it's the memory behind them..ehe.

Great deal on the 41. I only paid $17 less than that about a week ago and that was for a 6.0 rather than an 8.0 and mine was raw. I don't feel so good about my 'deal' anymore;)

I love Stan Lee, but you know, back in the day, comic book companies stole from each other like there wasn't no tomorrow. Don't compare the Mimic to the Super Adaptoid. Compare him to another "Super Adaptoid" that appeared about 4 years earlier in the Brave and the Bold #29. He kicked the JLA's butts before they even got their own title in 1960.

Thanks man! It's tough to stay focused when everyone else keeps buying cool books that I want. I was really liking the Teen Titans stuff you were picking up and Then TEX went and got the first Moon Knight. All stuff I'd like to get, but I'm trying to focus on one title at a time :)[/quote]

Sometimes it's okay to take a break. If I focus on my X-Men collection and nothing else for more than three days I feel like my brain is malfunctioning. And besides there are just too much titles to be interested in.

No real steals lately. Gotta respect the relationships, but then my opinion is a bit colored. I couldn't get half of what I do without my wife's understanding...and much better paying job :laugh: I've had plenty of times when money was too tight to get much, so I do tend to take advantage of the times when it isn't. Things can change so quickly. Once you have an acceptable emergency fund established, it's ok to enjoy life :)

Is the scan on the bottom right have a water stain or is that just the way it scanned through? Just don't see the same on the top right picture so I'm curious :hmmmm:[/quote]

Nope, no water stain. I don't have a very high quality scanner, and I think it's because I'm scanning through the plastic slabs and it reflects kind of oddly. :dontknow:

Not really, I've got more square footage than I need :) Though I am thinking it's getting time for some CGC boxes. Right now, there are some on one of my book cases, the rest are stacked in a closet until I get some boxes or get around to finishing my comic room...along with the rest of the basement. :hehe:
