Giant Size X-Men #1 is the key, hands down.

As for other Marvel Bronze Age series, I am really enjoying putting together Marvel Team-Up and Marvel Two-in-One. I never liked Spider-man all that much, but reading the teamups are a blast, especially with the really obscure characters (like Frog Man vs. White Rabbit). I don't know what I am going to do after I finish these two series. Any suggestions? Bronze Age series only, since I have plenty of Silver Age projects to keep me busy.

Greatest bronze age book of all time. Screw the first appearance of that little furry haired freak wolverine. THIS book not only brought the x-men back to life and into mainstream pop culture, but is the first appearance of not one, but 3 (I dont really count thunderbird) important characters into the x-men/marvel universe. (I mean a big Russian dude that can turn to steel? How cool is that??) AND its one of the best covers of all time to boot. I challange someone to tell me different! :pinch:

SS was mind controlled by some cult freaks to dispatch the vampire. SS finally through the mind control half way through the battle and they both decided to go their seperate ways.

I just don't have scans of a lot of BA books. However, they are my overall favorite in story and art. I'll find some covers to post later. Of course X-men #94 and up through the rest of the Bronze Age are all great. Avengers from the late Bronze Age are also great--Michelinie story and Perez art. Thor was pretty good also with varying artists, but primarily John Buscema. Walt Simonson was starting his good work on the title on #260. Lots of good books.
