You start out with Superman Vol. 1 just like you have it, then after the final issue you'd have a heading that says "Continued as Adventures of Superman" or something, then the Adventures issues would fall in right under that, then do the same thing when Adventures ends. All you'd need are different headings, the numbering would be fine.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As for the annuals, why not just have separate headings?
