So those titles are either being ceased by their creators or produced elsewhere.

BlueWater (10th Muse) is now published independently. Lullaby is through Abacus Comics, and they have no plans to release any more titles. For both of these, however, you most go to the source for any official news.

As for Lamp Post, we’ve had some cool stuff come out. Check out Hand of the Morningstar, Kingdoms, or Holy Scrolls. We’ve gotten some fantastic reviews on our content from both Christian AND secular sources.

Hope this information helps.

Brett

RE: Alias Enterprises Collections

I'll have to check my business card file...but I think Brett is the guy I met and chatted with in Seattle...:D

RE: Alias Enterprises Collections

Alias was owned by Mike and Brett. Lamp Post was/is Brett's company.

Most of the Alias titiles were creator or studio owned so the books have gone all over the place. Lullaby and others to Mike Millers new company, 10th Muse to Bluewater etc.

Most of the religious work Lamp Post have done should already be in the guide. They produce the work but it is usually published through other companies.

I was in touch with Mike Miller during the split but have not heard from him for awhile. I did manage to get a copy of that very limited Lullaby variant off him though:)

Earl.

RE: Alias Enterprises Collections

Alias site is back up Earl....

But, here's the news on it....

http://www.aliasenterprises.com/news.html

(You'll see they have a redirect now to the Lamp Post site.)

I have sent off an email to Lamp Post to see if they can give me any information on what will become of Alias' titles and properties. The whole line is a nice set of books with strong production values and some really nice covers. Storyline quality is mixed across the whole Alias line IMHO with some gems and some less demanding series. As you say there are a lot of variants but the covers are nice. There is even a CPG Exclusive edition of Atomic Mike which I have in CGC9.8 (Thanks Bryan).

Earl.

RE: Alias Enterprises Collections

On the bright side, Earl.....

It will be easier to get a complete set! :D

I just checked, I thought I had a few of these...but apparently I am at zero.

This may be one I hit on next round.

I have heard that 10th Muse isn't bad....Do you recommend any of their titles for me to check out?

(My big problem with so many of these publishers is all the d@mn variants...)

RE: Alias Enterprises Collections

I notice the Alias website has now gone, so it looks like Alias is no more.
