Also every year I hit up Ron Lim for some special stuff. I asked him to draw a comic character he never has, but has wanted to and he did this awesome batman sketch for me in 95' and later he did a Silver Surfer piece for me.... Great stuff... :)

"...isn't quite as nice" ? Jeez, KoR, you have a Cockrum page with Nightcrawler in EVERY panel in an action sequence. Granted, he's not going up against the Hellfire Club, but he isn't just standing around brooding next to a gargoyle either.

Where did you acquire this page?

I actually got it for a bargain. $1500. Some Cockrum pages have sold recently and went for crazy money. My piece isn't quite as nice, but still I think I could resell it easy for a substantial profit.

I got myself a nice Dave Cockrum page! I've been wanting a Cockrum X-men page for a while now, and wasn't able to get my hands on one until now. I wanted a Nightcrawler page since Cockrum created the character and I know it was a character that he was proud of and was very close to his heart. Next will hopefully be a Perez page.

Buy Heeb's art! I bought a bunch of Soulsearchers splash pages from him. He'll give you a great deal on his pieces, well worth tracking him down. Need to set up a commission someday too...
