I finally found it listed on MILE HIGH COMICS as the 291 on their listof Star Wars Titles. You can get a rough guess of what it is worth from their site.

It took some searching, but I found that this is not a comic book, but a Star Wars Offical Collector's Edition MAGAZINE from 1977 published in UK by Titan Magazines/Marvel International.

Also, it seems to be very rare. If your copy is in NM condition, I bet you could get at least $50 on Ebay. I saw one for sale already there, and also found one that sold on another auction site for $30 in good condition.

Be sure to check out and read this great article about the cover artist, who is deceased now, which should also add value to that magazine.

Being the Australian edition might make it interesting for some...:hmmmm:
