You know, I've never figured out why the hell, they made Quesada the EIC @ Marvel anyway! I never thought his artwork was "ABOVE STANDARD" anyway. He must have kissed some serious A$$ to get to the top of Marvel!

Shouldn't he still be @ IMAGE/VALIANT anyway!??? ie; LOSER 90's Comic Company's!

I must say....you ruffled his feathers pretty good...he got pretty defensive right off the bat.

And I like how he kind of just stands there and flat out tells you that the movies are now influincing Marvel titles...he didnt outright say it..but it was pretty clear...
Peter Parker is not supposed to be 40yrs old...........you would think at some point he would be.....but....oh wait....
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh.......thats right...........magic can clear the table and everything is new again...

get ready for the next 50th anniversary....because since the retcon....that 50th anniversary never happend...there will be a new 4 issue set of hologram covers right around the corner...oh..wait...wrong again...it did happen just in a different way....and all the answers will be given in 12 to 14months.....meanwhile here are some reaaaaaaaaaally crappy "sitcom" stories for you to read...enjoy!

Joe Q is a liar....he was talking about doing the Spider-man retcon well before Civil war was a stain on the history of Marvel....its been his plan since becoming EIC....if he did recive letters about this durring Civil War...so what...the plan was already in motion....just look back at past interviews...hes so bad at his job he cant keep his continuity together.........

I've learned that I need to read One More Day better and that nothing has really changed but if it has changed, whatever it is will be addressed in say ................ummm................... sixteen months (times 3 issues each month equals about $150.00 USD if prices stay the same). I'm sure these continuity "fixes" were all thought of ahead of time and will address every issue that anyone has.

I think a good question(s) for Mr.Q after hearing his answers would be

1. Who are your favorite / top marvel heroes?
and
2. At what point in there "story" did you like them the best?

because he was (and still is) very adamant that Spider-Man should be a near homeless loser forever, I fear for other Marvel Heroes that Joe Q. might have a fondness for.
ex. Grey Hulk in Vegas?
Captain Mar-vell in green uniform?...oh wait...he's a skrull now...close enough ;)
etc.

I read that in an interview he did in CSN, right up there with the "At Marvel, Dead is Dead" quote...total and utter crap..IMHO..

Tell him that to be remembered as a great EIC he has to respect continuity and release good stories at the same time. With his previous quote he just says he cant do both things....That means, bye bye and we hire a new EIC

Hey guys,

A lot of us on this board share a certain distaste for what Joey Q. has done with our beloved Marvel Universe. I'm going to try to attend one of the panels he's on and ask him about this. I'm thinking of asking something like this but I'm open to suggestion for how to phrase it.

Q: Hi Joe, I have always believed that the main job of the Editor in Chief is assuring that all the titles flow seemlessly together to create a living breathing universe. I think one of the main knocks on your work over the years has been a deterioration of that feeling. We have had countless occasions where major events happen like World War Hulk in which New York is evacuated and all but destroyed. Meanwhile in most other titles this has no effect. This is causing a lot of dissapointment amongst the fans. Do you have any plans to work on this or is this part of your plan to not handicap writers but worrying about continuity?

Something like that anyway. I want to hear what he has to say. I'll film it and post it on youtube for you guys :)
