Hi Guys- First time poster here. Your opinions are appreciated. I've been selling on and off again on E-Bay for years but that numerical grading scares the heck out of me. I'll add some more when I get them scanned. Thanks!

Actually that is a very nice book, be careful someone around here collects those.

As for a numerical grade, you are looking about 8.0

Where does he get those wonderful toys!

I was thinking closer to 7.0. Looks like some wrinkles on the top edge and that stamp.

Congrats on ownong a fantastic early JIM!

I would give it a 6.5 - 7.0

be sure to holdon to it now. These books are relatively scarce, undervalued and are worth keeping.

Thanks, I guess I was pretty close. I was thinking 7.5 to 8.0. The top is actually overlap (no wrinkle) but there is a tiny chip in the top right corner. Also how does a date stamp affect the grade? Here are a few more to look at. I just wanted to add that these scans really make some of these small blemishes stand out. They are really nice books in hand.

Beautiful books! That #103 is one of my favourites, it is the first appearance of the Enchantress.
