| I don't know why, I can't quite place it, but for some reason I'm finding The Boys is slipping down the must read pile of my monthly pickups. I loved the thing and still do love the dialogue in it but the whole Vice President Veicht thing isn't working for me. I like the Hughie hook up thing but seriously, have Garth Ennis been with many women? You don't get to eat them out when they are on the rag, and you also don't not notice if that's the case. Sorry if that's kind of gross but really we're all adults here. I want to like this series more than I actually have since the Russia arc. There's some good Ennis shock/gore value but beyond that I'm yawning my way through. Not sure what Mother's Milk (The Black Dude) was on about puking in the car and being scared of his mother. Who else is a loyal reader?

| I'm still reading, but I have to admit, each story arch has gotten less and less interesting to me.I'll probably stick around, unless I get REALLY bored with it though. And I had the same thought about the Hughie situation.Very unrealistic, and only done for the "gross-out humor factor", which I don't mind, but this was pretty much all gross and no humor.
