I have two choices for #80:
1. Showcase #80-first Silver Age app of the Spectre
2. Wolverine #80 first possible appearance of X-23 (a vial featured in the story was labeled "Logan x-23"; well, X-23 is a female clone of Logan, so it stands to reason that this vial is the material in pre-humanoid form, yes?)
