| Alright I still got these 16 year old comic books from way back when I was a little kid. I know the value of these is not very high because the fact that so many copies were made and so many people bought them so that means lots of copies are floating all around. Right now DNA Comics will pay me 10 bucks for the first copy, a few for the 2nd and 3rd, and they said the 4th is worth a little more. These are all in near mint condition because I've only opened them once to read then stuck them right back in the plastic case. What I would like to know is how fast will the value of these comics go up? Right now they are pretty valueless and I feel like if I sell them now it would be such a waste. If I hold on to these for another say 4 years in the near perfect condition they are in how much would the value increase?

I bet there won't be much difference in value between 16 years and 20 years. Maybe 40 years will make a difference, but 16 to 20 doesn't seem like a big deal to me.
Now if a big time Spawn movie comes out any time soon, you could see prices rise some. I have no idea about plans for a Spawn movie though, was there one already a while back?

Just Animated stuff. Actually a very good kick *** Animated series...
And a Sequel is planned....but who knows. it's up in the air.

I wish i could sell all my Spawn #1s for 10.00 a piece.

| If someone is offering you any money now for them, take it. They aren't likely to increase much at all and the rate of return is so incredibly low on those books you'll never see much more profit. You'd be better off giving them to a kid that need some interest in something besides video games.

| Yeah I guess you guys are right. There are way too many of these comic books all over the place so the value probably won't go up for a long long time. But yeah if a new movie comes out and smashes the box office then maybe... but I guess I'm gonna run up to DNA Comics tomorrow and sell these. Oh yeah I also got the 4 Spawn: WildC.A.T.S comics that I want to sell but from the looks of it those probably won't go for much if any at all. All are in very good condition though so if they do want to buy these 4 also I know for sure they would. Is the Spawn: WildC.A.T.S worth anything? DNA Comics is unsure about those 4, they told me to just bring them up for them to see. Don't have the time now.

I know about that Original crappy Spawn movie. I'm just saying nothing but Animated stuff has been out after it.
Speedy asked if anything was in the works. There was talks of a NEW movie maybe.
