Hello, I am new to the forums but not new to CPG.

I looked in the database last night to add an issue of a Buffy The Vampire Slayer trade paperback and I could not find it on the list nor in a search.

It's called Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Note From The Underground and it was published in March 2003.

Also the past few days I have been having some issues with looking other things up on the database to add and they don't show up in the list. For example I went to look up some Amazing Spider-Man issues and on page 6 of the list there is a gap between issues. The following issues do not appear in the list. #409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414,416, 418, 419, 422 to 433, 435, 442 to 508, 510 to 524, 529 (1st printing)

That's just n example of the problem. I have encountered this with just about every search I do lately.

Can anyone shed some light on what's going on and how to fix this?

Thank you for your time.

Seems many people are having the same problem.

A while back this issue occurred due to an update that was being done, but I don't know if that is the current issue.  Is anyone else having an issue of pop-ups trying to open?  That is something that should NOT be happening, so I don't know if there is a security breach of some kind on my end, or on the server end.

I think either my computer is having problems or the database is slipping some gears.  I went to add several comics over the last few days and issues have been "missing".  For instance, I just tried to add JLA issue 64 to my collection, but the numbering jumps from 61 to 73, so no way to add it.  Also, I tried to add Project Superpowers 1, and you have 0 and 3 with all the alternate covers, but, you guessed it, no issue 1.  The database is either missing or has lost some issues recently, and I am getting concerned about keeping my collection here due to these errors, if indeed the system is about to crash.  Any advice?

Will, I assure you it is not about to crash.  The issues are still in the database, there is no lost data.  There is an issue with displaying said issues and the ability to add issues, but this is being worked on.  Please give the programmer a little more time to get things straightened out?  Thanks!

Thanks for the reply argus.

Does this issue explain why the Buffy trade paperback I was looking for isn't being found when I do a keyword search for Buffy?

Thanks for your time.

I've been trying to help a good friend of mine upload his collection and as of July 3rd! These issues with the database are not fixed!

I have not been able to add MANY, MANY issues because they simply are not there!

PLEASE get this resolved ASAP. Both he and I are kinda upset about him paying for a full membership and not being able to use the site! Add to the fact that I took this week as vacation just to help him on this task and we are pretty much DEAD in the water!.

PS. We appreciate the programers hard work, and hope it won't be much longer!

Should we ask for refunds because services are unavailable?

Where does he get those wonderful toys!

I have yet begun to surrender.

As of now, it appears that all the missing issue problems we've been having have been resolved.  Our hope is it that the problem won't reoccur.  However, rest assured that if it does the missing issues are not actually gone and no one’s data is lost.

Also, the Buffy trade you were looking for is actually at the end of the series as TPB#14.  I'm not sure if you were looking for a separate listing so I thought I'd point it out.

Thanks for your patience.
