It has been a while since I have been involved in the comic book industry.  It seems grading has become quite an "art" since I left the scene in the early 90's.  I am in the process of trying to figure out a rough estimate of the value of my collection.  I have this book in my collection, and wondered if anyone could provide some guidance as to how it would be graded.  It appears as though at one time the cover may have had some water or something spilled on it and then quickly wiped off.  The cover is somewhat rippled, but is still glossy.  All pages are intact and do not appear to have ever been wet.  I currently have it graded as a 5.0, but do not know if that is undergraded or too optimistic.

Pretty interesting book, never knew Marvel made that. I would say its more likely a 4.5 due to the water damage. You're not far off though.

What's in my long boxes? http://www.comicspriceguide.com/world/default.asp?m=icebreaka

For a week or 2 after he died, raw copies were selling for $50-$75 on ebay. They are cheap again.

Marvel also did a Brother Francis comic.  With awesome John Buscema artwork.

And Mother Theresa, which is not very interesting
