| if there are such copies, what would either an Action comics #1 or Detective comics #27 sell for in NM condition? i say an ACTION 1 raw would go for about 2,500,000 and a cgc copy would be about 3,500,000. a DETECTIVE 27 would probably pull about 1,500,000 raw and 2,500,000 cgc'd. what would you say?

| Pretty much the same. I think it's possible a 9.6 Action 1 can be sold for 5 millions

| To try and answer this you need to establish who the potential buyers would be for such an item. How many people are there with 1 million+ and the enthusiasm for comics to spend on a single comic.

Seems like a silly question as there is a lot to take into consideration. I doubt there are even any nm issues floating around out there.
----------------
Someone: "So I hear you collect Spider-Man comics."
Me: "Yep."
Someone: "Well I happen to have Amazing Spider-Man #92"
Me: "I have #1"
Someone: ".......oh."
It's those little victories that make life worth living.

How many comics have ever actually sold for mor than $250,000? Were the people paying that sort of money for the major keys paying that becuase they were the best know surviving examples of that issue. If better copies existed would they really have paid that much $$$ for those copies? Or if better copies existed would they have got the same or just a bit more than we saw the 7.5 or 8.0 copies get. How many people in the world world pay for than $50,000 for any comic? 20 colelctors? I don't know. Earl.
