I have several issues like this, where a previous owner apparently
'archived' the book by stapling it into a binder (or something). They
had already been removed by the time I acquired it, but now that
I'm grading them, I'm not sure how much this reduces the value by.
Thanks for any help you can give,
badfeet

| It looks like about a 5.0 before taking the extra holes into consideration. Maybe a 4.5 at worst, shouldn't change the grade that much at this level.

| 4.0 with the staple removed, the uper corner doesnt look to good either. Cool comic regardless. On the subject of extra staples, I have an ASM #4 that has an extra staple in the cover that is very hard to remove as the paper quality is brittle. I already removed one staple from the comic by hand and managed to cause some damge , one staple remains. Anyone have any advice on how to remove the staples without causing extra damage?
