Ok you DC fans. I took a look at the new B&B 13 and swore I have that book somewhere. I am thinking this is a tip of the hat to a classic cover from the 70s? Anybody know which one it is?

I do not think it is from B&B. Maybe Batman or Tec?

It's a Flash cover, either 180 or 181, can't remember which ... hold on a sec ...

Here's the cover to Flash 181: http://www.comicspriceguide.com/p-indiv.asp?comicTableID=92056

It's not exact by any means, but that's a Samuroid and it's definitely a "tip o' th' hat" as they say.
