Hey folks, I am Headed to Heroes con and want to take advantage of Kirkman and Ottley being there.

I own the Complete Invincible Library (Omnibus) Vol 1 official signed/numbered edition.  I haven't taken it out o fthe plastic yet. Do you think I should take it out of its shrinkwrap and try to get an Ottley sketch inside?  or would it be best for collectible/potential resale purposes to leave it sealed?

Also I am trying to buy a copy of the Walking Dead omnibus V1 (see my WTB post) in time to get signed by Kirkman at Heroes.  I would eventually try to get it signed by Kirkman and signed/sketched by Moore, Adlard, and/or Rathburn inside too, but that would be a long term con project, as Kirkman is the only one going to be there.

Since WD single issue prices are astronimical right now (still need 1-8 1st prints), i think it would be better to sink cash into these HBs.

Does anyone know when v2 of the walking Dead Omnibus and v2 of the Complete Invincible Library will be solicited?  thanks...

If I remember right, the Omnibuses(?) were 25 issues each, right? both series are about to hit issue 50, so I would guess around 6 months or so until the next volumes(which would be right around Christmas, so that's definetly a possibility). If you're thinking of reselling, I think I would leave it sealed until you new for sure that you would be able to get the sketch, but if you can I would go for the sketch for sure.
