i just sold my Batman #5 a few hours ago and i wanna know what the GPA is for these books (none of them are for my SA hunt because i feel like mixing it up. after all collecting is supposed to be fun and it isn't fun to only collect one thing) :

slam bang #1 (6.0-6.5)

blue ribbon #1  (5.0), 1939

more fun #13 (4.0-4.5), 1936

more fun #29 (7.0), 1938

more fun #44 (8.0), 1939

startling comics #49 (4.0)

Sorry to bring a downer to this but GPA offers a subscription service for that data and we should not hurt their business by posting their data on a public forum.

You can sign up here...

Sorry for being a grump about it.

Earl.

Batfan, if you're looking at so many high dollar books right now you really should think about getting a GPA account for yourself. It's only about $7 a month. I'll still throw you some numbers if you really need it, but you're at the point now where you need an account for yourself Also, if you want my Startling #49 send me a PM.

I have been thinking of subscribing too.  I think it is a good service...

Unfortunately I am not at the point where I have loads of cash to throw around on high dollar books.

I guess that means i'll keep pestering KoR for now!

but I am certainly adding "get GPA subscription" to the list of "comic related items to buy" that I never seem to be able to afford, because I spend too much on comics...

these include:

1. Ernie Chan Commission

2. 2 HON File cabinets

3. upgrade newest version of Collectorz software

4. renew CPG.com premium account (as much as i am reticent to do this, it is just too damn easy for keeping track of collection)

5. Mustek A3 scanner for getting my OA up on CAF

6. Slab scanner

7. New digital camera for selling/ OA cataloguing  pics

8. GPA subscription...
