| Well, I kinda let this go because I was under the impression that the right person (Bryan Neely) was working on this...but I STILL have not heard from anyone in regards to my account. Please SOMEONE let me know how my account stands!!!!!! When is it up for renewal, what type of account do I have and how much is the renewal and DO YOU have my credit card on file?????

| Lilley, Please be patient, I know it is frustrating, but like Shadow said, they won't delete your collection even if your subscription lapses. I think my recent Paypal payment was $44.95 for the year, if that at least answers part of your question. If you have paypal, I recommend using that method instead of a credit card. That way, if your card # changes for some reason, you won't have a problem with renewing. If you haven't heard back from Bryan or Supercop, try emailing them again. Do you remember around when you first became a premium member? What I did was wait until my subscription lapsed, then I cancelled it. Then I rejoined as a premium member using paypal.
