I'd agree with most people. GS Xmen is something like a 8.5-9.0 and the UXM 94 is 8.0-8.5 range.  With both slabbed you should be able to get a really nice price. Like over $1k no problem.

Those are some very nice books. People must be seeing some errors in the GSX #1 that I am missing because that looks like a 9.4 to me. X-men #94 I agree with 8.0.

The only real flaw I see on the GS1 is the lower right corner. I say it has to be a 9.0 at least which is worth slabbing.

both are worth slabbing be it for yourself or to sell. In the grades mentioned someone will always buy those two issues.
