So what do y'all think? Will Barry Allen's return to the land of the living be a good thing? Will it be handled well?

I thought he came back in Flash: The Fastest Man Alive #13 or was that Wally? I get so confused in a flash.

Where does he get those wonderful toys!

I have yet begun to surrender.

It's actually pretty easy to remember:

.....Barry Allen = cool & good
.....Jay Garrick = pretty cool & good in a Golden Age kinda way
.....everyone else = lame & lame

Wally West is an amazing character; one need only to read Johns' amazing run to see the great things that have been done with him. Same with Bart on Teen Titans.

Wally is a cool character because he started out so conflicted and grew to be the Superhero that he is now..Geoff Johns wrote the character beautifully..
