After offering our first ever on-site pressing at the Chicago Wizard World, Classics Incorporated announced it was a huge success. Despite the logistical challenge presented, things went very smoothly at the show. They pressed over $2 million worth of comic books, everything from Golden Age to modern, throughout the weekend. Submittors were very happy with their grade results, as most came back at or above our proscreen estimate. CGC also did gangbuster business, setting a new record for both value and the number of vintage comics graded on-site. Classics Inc. certainly plan to make on-site pressing a tradition at each Wizard World Chicago in the coming years.
