Press Release

GradeCom L.P., a small company based out of Grand Rapids Michigan has breathed a fresh of breath air into a lifeless sector of the comic book industry that they themselves coined the "Comic Book Appreciation" sector. Named for those collectors looking to display and appreciate their favorite books.

"The comic book industry is about amazing artists rendering the unthinkable, talented writers plotting out gripping story lines, and us the collectors, salivating at the chance to own one of these masterpieces. And when we do, we are supposed to file them into a box and stuff it in the back of our closet?"

In true heroic comic book character fashion, GradeCom has come to save the day! Introducing a line of products that allows collectors to get these works of art out of the box and show them off! Single book, triple book and massive twelve book display systems designed to hold either loose or CGC slabbed comics, come in an array of colors and are made with quality and protection in mind.

Though a great product, soon after the introduction of these frames it quickly became evident to them that UV light damage was going to be a major concern with displaying collectible books out in the open. To remedy this concern, recently GradeCom has started including an archive safe, 99% UV resistant Mylar toploader with each of their loose book frame inserts. Also, very soon they will offer a 99% UV resistant film that can be applied to the front of any graded comic book slab, making it much safer to show off your prized possessions just about anywhere you chose.
With their extensive knowledge in commercial and retail display design and manufacturing, GradeCom founders Rob Myer and Tony Pucilowski were able to produce professional looking frames and displays of unmatched quality, and offer them to fellow collectors everywhere.

For a full line of products and information or to order your frames you can go to www.gradecomstore.com or look for them at the next convention. Store owners and distributors can request wholesale pricing or info on having your own custom line of frames manufactured. One of a kind, custom and show exclusive frames as well as any new display challenges are always welcome and encouraged.
