ComicLink is accepting consignments and dishing out generous cash advances for quality vintage comic book and original comic art material at the Chicago C2E2 Comic Book convention this weekend. Douglas Gillock, Jason Crosby and Sean Goodrich will be set up at ComicLink booth #536. They are purchasing outright as well as accepting consignments for the April Focused Auction and the May Featured Auction. The May Featured Auction (starting May 13th) will feature the best in vintage comics and original artwork. The April Focused Auction (starting April 7th) will focus on key and high-grade comic books from the Silver Age to the present. Of course you don't have to attend the show to consign to these auctions or sell to ComicLink. ComicLink urges those interested in selling in upcoming auctions to act quickly so that they may reserve auction placement slots for your items, and also so that they can advertise them as soon as possible within the growing auction previews to their aggressive bidder base. They will accept CGC graded comic books, original art, valuable collections and individual comic books that are not yet CGC graded for consignment. In the case of comic books not yet CGC graded, they are able to assist with the grading certification process, from determining what should be CGC graded to recommending the proper CGC tier level to passing on the discount that ComicLink gets from CGC for grading.
