Pedigree Comics announced this week that the company will be auctioning off a collection of high grade CGC Signature Series books signed by legendary Marvel creator, writer and editor, Stan Lee. This collection of over 80 books, most from the Silver Age, contains many of the single highest graded Signature Series copies according to the latest CGC census. Every book, save for just a handful, is in CGC certified 9.4 or higher. Included in the collection are 15 books from the Stan Lee Tribute Event. This special signing of books occurred on May 7, 2010 to commemorate Stan’s lifetime creations and achievements. He was awarded his very own imprint at the world renowned "Walk of Fame" at the Brenden Theatre and signed a very limited number of books. The event was memorialized with a special "Stan Lee Tribute Event" label by the CGC.
