ComicLink has just announced that they have received a consignment that they have been waiting over 10 years to get obtain. The one and only copy of Incredible Hulk #181 CGC 9.9. This book was tucked away as soon as it was certified by CGC back in April 2001. This book has never been offered for sale. With over 4,500 Hulk #181’s graded by CGC, this is the only CGC graded 9.9 and the highest certified of this key Bronze Age comic. Scarcer than the Incredible Hulk #181 CGC 9.8 by a multiple of 38 times, this is a true collector’s item. It is scarcer in CGC 9.9 than Amazing Fantasy #15 is in 9.4, Fantastic Four #1 is in 9.4, Tales to Astonish #27 is CGC 9.4, Incredible Hulk #1 is in CGC 9.2, and Amazing Spider-Man #1 is in CGC 9.6, just to name a few. 

Incredible Hulk #181 is by far the most significant comic book printed in the last 40 years. Wolverine’s popularity over the last few decades is right up there with Spider-Man’s. The issue is one of the most highly collected of all vintage Marvel comic books and in CGC 9.9, this singular example is definitively the most significant single comic book graded by CGC published in the last 35 years.
