Pedigree Comics' November Grand Auction starts at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 15, 2010 and will run through Monday, November 22, 2010. Over 500 high grade comic books will be available to buy and bid on in the auction. Every comic in the auction is CGC graded and there is no Buyers Premium. The minimum bid is $100.00 and almost every book listed in the auction will have no reserve. You can view over 350 books right now in the Auction Preview and many more newly graded books will be added this weekend.
The highlight of the new auction books are the incredible batch of Silver Age DC's and Marvels from the original owner Bogota Collection that was just recently consigned to Pedigree Comics. This original owner collection of 5,000 books out of Bogota, New Jersey is easily one of the better single owner collections ever offered for public sale and the nicest one ever consigned to Pedigree Comics. The collection debuted in Pedigree's August Grand Auction with unbelievable results, including the record sale of the world’s only CGC graded 9.8 copy of Amazing Spider-Man #40 for $30,000. Only 27 books were initially consigned from the collection, 21 in 9.0 and higher, and all but one have been sold.
