The original cover art to Adventure Comics #45 by noted artist Fred Guardineer sold for $20,000 on eBay recently. The art which was pen and ink on board featured the only known existing cover image of the Golden Age Sandman by Craig Flessel. The seller noted that the art was in excellent condition and measured 13 x 18".
