According to an article on cinematical.com, one lucky (and wealthy) philanthropist just bought themselves a walk-on-role in X-Men: First Class. The role, which was up for auction, had a retail value of $25,000 and although the final winning bid is being kept quite, the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Worldwide Orphans Foundation.
Although there have been a number of rumors swirling around the internet about Bryan Singer directing the film, the prequel currently has no director in place, but Singer, along with Simon Kinburg and Lauren Schuler Donner, will be producing the film.
