The Hero Initiative will be setting up at next weekend's MegaCon, taking place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Appearing at the booth over the course of the weekend will be Joe Benitez, Jim Calafiore, Mike Choi, Darwyn Cooke, Joe Jusko, Mike McKone, George Perez, Jimmy Palmiotti, Mike Perkins, and Brandon Peterson, Andy Smith, and Bill Tucci.
Additionally, 40 items donated from Grandstand Sports & Memorabilia will be auctioned off in a silent auction with a portion of the proceeds going to the Hero Initiative. Some highlighed items include: a Hugh Jackman autographed Wolverine 8x10 Photo, a Johnny Depp autographed 8x10 Photo, an Elijah Wood autographed Frodo 8x10 Photo, a Robert Downey Jr. & Jeff Bridges Dual Signed Iron Man 8x10 Photo and a Spider-Man limited edition lithograph with actual film cel.
