To kick 2010 off, Classics Incorporated is offering a guaranteed turnaround time of 20 business days on our pressing service for all orders received on or before February 15th, 2010. To back up this promise, if we fail to ship your books by the end of the 20th business day, we will discount your pressing fees by 20%.
The clock starts on the date your invoice is generated, which is typically done within 1-2 business days of us receiving your proscreen approval. Proscreens are currently running about 5 business days (exclusive of the 20 day turnaround). If you're using our exPress service, the guaranteed turn time will be 5 business days, as opposed to the usual 10 days.
This guarantee does not apply to books that are receiving restoration removal or any other service in conjunction with pressing. Also, any changes you make to your order after approval can result in delays that must be added to the 20 day guaranteed turnaround.
Matt Nelson will be attending several shows this year for on-site proscreens and submissions, including Wizard World Toronto in March, the new Chicago show in April, Wizard World Philly, San Diego, Wizard World Chicago, and New York at the end of the year.
