ComicConnect June Event Auction Opens for Bidding!

COMICCONNECT’S EVENT AUCTION began this Friday, June 5th at 12 PM, and over 1,000 lots are open for bidding. The auction end-dates are as follows:

Session 1: Titles A-F (Friday, June 19th, 7 PM – 12 AM EDT)

Session 2: Titles G-Z (Saturday, June 20th, 7 PM – 12 AM EDT)

Session 3: Bonus Round A-F (Sunday, June 21st, 7 PM – 12 AM EDT)

Session 4: Bonus Round G-Z (Monday, June 22nd, 7 PM – 12 AM EDT)

*Session 4 was just added to make room for the flood of last-minute consignments ComicConnect received!

Headlining the auction is the unrestored ACTION COMICS #1 CGC 2.5. Yes, that’s right – ComicConnect has brought to market a third Action #1 – the Holy Grail and mother of all comic books.

As one ComicConnect staffer joked, “We really don’t have an ‘Action #1 Tree’ in our backyard. The fact we’ve auctioned three in a row in so many months shouldn’t undermine the fact that these really are incredibly rare and truly scarce. Any serious collector who has been waiting for their shot at an Action Comics #1 should not sit this one out. Action Comics #1 doesn’t come along every day.”
