Less than two weeks away, Pedigree Comics' Grand Auction is gaining stream and is shaping up to be a "CGC Highest Certified" bonanza. Because of the inclusion of the world's best runs of Captain America and Sgt. Fury and His Howling Commandos, most of the books in the auction which starts on Thursday February 5th are the highest graded copies according to the CGC Census. More and more consignments have been coming in and you can view over 175 high-grade Marvel's and other publishers in the Auction Preview. Go to Pedigree Comics and click on the Grand Auction banner, and then click on "Auction Listings" to view the books. There will be over 200 comics in the Grand Auction so make sure to mark your calendar for February 5, 2009. The Grand Auction will run for ten days and will end on Sunday evening, February 15, 2009. Pedigree Comics is currently accepting new items for the auction and will continue to up until the auction commencement on February 5th and even into the weekend. Prospective consignors can also upload their own scans, item information, descriptions and reserve amounts for the Grand Auctions by utilizing the Automated Consignment System. It is actually very easy and fun to do. Just register onto the site, click "Customer Page" under "Your Account" and then click "Consignments" (under "Auctions"). You will then be able to enter the Pedigree Comics Consignment Management System and upload your own CGC certified books and magazines. Pedigree Comics will receive an email automatically once you have uploaded the information and they will then review the information imparted for accuracy. The item(s) will then be added to the February 2009 Grand Auction to be bid on.
