A CGC certified 8.0 copy of Superboy #1 with off-white pages sold for $6,000 on eBay when the seller accepted the bidders offer. Superboy #1 featured the first time the Superboy character had been given his own title.

The latest CGC Census notes 97 copies certified with the highest graded noted being one copy graded 9.2.
